stab them than add insult to ingery by injecting a brutal poison OR spray them in the face with it from a distence OR drip it down on to the blade to insure your kill!
or operate on the TERRIFIED patient XD

made in blender 2.64 beta rendered with luxrender 1.0 RC4 with bidirectional path tracing ... render took 6 hours (well i put it on then went out so it may be less XD ... it renders until i tell it to stop!)

i chose the background because it reminded me of the TF2 dusty maps XD
