the sky was indescribable ... one of those times i wish i had a studio style video camera ... there was gray clouds and a dark blue sky the clouds were moving really really really fast and were thin moving over the full moon ... it reminded me of a vampire movie so i called it so XD

EXIF says 35mm...
and what you caught is the glow of the moon, it's a long exposure and the moon area is overexposed... the longer the exposure the bigger the halo...
